You can check balance of your Costco Cash Card in any of the following methods:

1. Online balance check:

1. Visit the official website of Costco.
2. Click MY ACCOUNT tab in upper side.
3. Next, Put your Email Address and Password in Registered Shoppers area in Login Page.
4. Click Costco Cash Card.
5. Put your Costco Cash Card numbers and PIN numbers.
6. Click View Balance.

Your balance will be shown.

You can check your Costco Cash Card balance at any warehouse or gas location.

3. Via Phone:
Dial 1-800-255-8850 and get your Costco Cash Card balance. Card number and PIN number may be required to check the balance.
